Sometimes one can sense a feeling of imminent doom. Those types of moments can be experienced in different kinds of ways. These songs encapsulate those moments.

This is another album that came together as one piece, with the artwork and title decided on very quickly. 2016 was a year of fear, yet none of us knew what was to come. I guess I just got lucky or something. Yeah. Coincidence.
This album continues experimentation into conceptual ideas. A painting. Geographical areas. Names of characters from books. Ventures back into Heifner dream world, which is a vast, bizarre place. Certain parts of this record are safe and others are not.
Regardless, throughout the writing and recording of this record I felt a creeping sense of doom coming through in almost all of it. There's a desperation in some of these tracks that I'm not hearing anywhere else in music right now.
Special Thanks to Lisa and Bret.
